Infiltration method of the electrical contacts
Infiltration method is a common method to produce refractory metal and low melting point metal pseudoalloy. The high melting point metal powder is pressed and pre sintered (or powder sintered) to form a porous skeleton, and then the metal with low melting point is placed above or below the skeleton. At a temperature higher than the melting point of the metal, it melts and infiltrates into the porous skeleton metal to fill the gap, so as to obtain a dense product.(electrical contacts)
